Rodrigo Campos Salles
Co-Founder/Senior Project Manager – Brazilian/Portuguese – with a degree in Environmental Studies from Hawaii Pacific University, USA; and a M.Sc. in Management from NOVA School of Business and Economics in Lisbon, Portugal. Responsible for strategy and commercial operation. Rodrigo manages projects with clients together with Pedro Hébil, our architect. He also supports production demands with suppliers and overall contracts; and also currently responsible for our Regenerative Farming business unit Quinta Attiva.

Pedro Hébil
Senior Architect/Designer – Portuguese – with a degree in Architecture from Lusíada University in Lisbon, Portugal. Responsible for the Architecture design and its overall development. With a significant international experience, having lived and worked in Spain and Switzerland, Pedro also has participated in relevant projects in Portugal. He has created our model Casa Attiva 46 and manages clients’ demands for creative and innovative solutions. Now he’s working on 92m2 and 140m2 designs for our Casa Attiva projects, coming soon.
Virginia Gomes Afonso
Business Manager – Portuguese/Brazilian – with a degree in International Relations from Hawaii Pacific University. With extensive international experience, fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French, Virginia brings high energy level to the operation and rounded support for the team and clients. She is very interested in sustainability, education, short circuit consumption and the idea of a healthy lifestyle. Virginia also runs her own real estate operation with off-market properties in the Fundão/Castelo Branco area region called @terrattiva.

Emma Louise Lowans
Co-Founder, Airline Captain – Northern Irish/British – currently on a Sabattic year with Norse Atlantic Airways. Emma holds a Post Graduated Degree in Biochemistry and professional Dive and Flight Instructor Certificates. Always on the edge of innovation and technology, Emma is based in the UK and participates as a partner of Villa and Farm.
